Nine furnished apartments under one roof, in two layouts. The studio apartments bring living, sleeping and working together in a generous living area. The one-bedroom apartments add a bedroom behind its own door and a living area of their own. A kitchen in a room of its own belongs to every apartment.

Inside the building, much is arranged for uncomplicated living too: the washing machines are free to use, and check-in is flexible and works without a reception. You receive your access details in good time before arrival and can move in from 3 pm.

THE17 operates the nine apartments at Waldecker Straße 17. We take care of the furnishings, the letting and the support on site, and we are your point of contact throughout your stay.

Why do you also find “SPLENDOM Waldecker” online?

Splendom is an external booking agency through which our apartments can be reserved as well. The name “SPLENDOM Waldecker” refers to our apartments at Waldecker Straße 17. THE17 and Splendom are not, however, the same company.
