The furnished apartments are suitable for stays from one month, for example for project work, relocation or the period between two homes. The kitchen, bathroom, furniture and everyday essentials are already provided. Apartments are rented exclusively for a limited period; the reason for the stay is recorded in the rental agreement.

Before you arrive, you will receive all check-in information. On arrival day, you can check into your apartment independently from 3 pm.

The minimum rental period is one month. Stays of up to six months are generally possible.

Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.

KVB stops, Buchforst station and bus connections are all within 500 metres of the apartment building. The trade fair, Deutz and the city centre are easily accessible.

Yes. Every apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi through its own access point. A smart TV is also included.

Yes. Bed linen and towels are part of the apartment’s standard equipment.

Cleaning takes place every 14 days and includes a change of bed linen and towels. Washing machines in the common area are free to use.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartments.

Unfortunately, apartment viewings are not possible.

The monthly rent includes a flat-rate utilities charge based on fair use. Heating, electricity, water and internet are covered.

Yes. The deposit is EUR 1,000 for 1-room apartments and EUR 1,500 for 2-room apartments.

Yes. On request, we issue a landlord confirmation that can be presented when registering or changing your address with the relevant registration office.

Free public parking is available on the street.

The first month’s rent is due before arrival, then monthly thereafter.

Yes. Companies can be the contracting party and receive the invoice.
