You can rent our serviced apartments from one month. The maximum rental period is 6 months.

The monthly starting prices are shown directly with the apartments. After your non-binding request you get a personal offer with the exact rent for the dates you want, plus the costs of the final cleaning and the deposit.

The first rent is due once the tenancy agreement is signed. You pay the deposit before you move in, and after that the rent is paid monthly. The final cleaning is charged together with the last rent. You receive all payment details with your tenancy agreement.

Yes. Your stay requires a deposit. You will find the exact amount in your personal offer. After you move out, the deposit is refunded under the agreed terms.

Your request is free and not binding. If you accept our offer, you get the tenancy agreement to sign. Once the agreement has been signed by both sides and you then pay the first rent, the rental is binding. The rental terms agreed for your stay apply.

Check-in is contactless. On arrival day you get your access code by email.

From 15:00 you can check in on your own, with no key handover and no appointment.

You get your personal access code by email on arrival day, shortly before 15:00. With it you can check in on your own from 15:00.

Yes. For a stay of at least one month we issue the landlord’s confirmation of residence, the Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung, which you need in order to register.

Please let us know before you arrive so that we can prepare the confirmation in time.

Free parking is available on Waldecker Straße and in the surrounding streets.

Please note that different parking rules apply on Waldecker Straße on market days (Wednesday and Saturday).

There is no wallbox at the building itself. The nearest public charging points are around 30 metres away on Waldecker Straße, Type 2 at 11 kW.

Several TankE units with 22 kW are within walking distance, and a CCS rapid charger is about 400 metres away. You charge without a contract, with a credit or debit card or via the QR code on the unit. The full list is on the location page.

Our fully equipped serviced apartments offer everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The amenities include, among other things:

Furniture, crockery, bed linen and towels are there. Food and everyday supplies are yours to plan.

Yes, it is part of the rent. Every apartment has 100 Mbit/s allocated to it.

Allocated means you share it with nobody. The building runs on a gigabit line. Even when every apartment streams at once, your connection is unaffected.

No. Every apartment has its own network with its own name and its own password, and the networks are separated from one another. No guest can see another guest’s devices.

Inside your apartment it works like at home: laptop, phone and printer find each other. We run the network ourselves, on managed UniFi equipment.

Yes. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent and are changed regularly as part of our 14-day cleaning service.

Yes. Every 14 days we clean your apartment and change the bed linen and towels.

Yes. Free washing machines are available in the basement. You will also find drying racks and washing lines there.

Yes. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glasses, cookware and the most important kitchen appliances. That way you can cook for yourself at any time.

No. The building has no lift, and the apartments are not step-free.

If stairs are a problem for you, please tell us before you enquire. We will then go through what is possible with you.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartments.

No. All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted.

Yes, as long as your apartment is available. It is best to get in touch early so that we can check an extension.

Yes. For the duration of your stay you receive your own doorbell nameplate and a personal letterbox.

Yes. During your stay you can have mail and parcels sent to your apartment address.

Our serviced apartments are ideal for business travellers, project staff, commuters, expats and anyone who wants to live comfortably for several weeks or months. They offer the comfort of a fully equipped home and the flexibility of a hotel.

A serviced apartment gives you more space and privacy than a classic hotel room. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, the living area and the regular cleaning service, it is particularly suited to longer stays and temporary living.

Our apartments are usually occupied all year round, so we do not offer viewings.

So that you can still get an accurate picture, every apartment page has at least 12 photos plus details of the floor area and furnishings.

Yes. All utilities are already included in the rent. These are electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi and the cleaning every 14 days including the change of linen.

Yes. Our serviced apartments are regularly rented by companies for employees, project teams or commuters.

THE17 sits on the right bank of the Rhine in Cologne-Buchforst, and the large employers nearby lie in the same direction. Koelnmesse is four minutes away on line 3.

The suburban train reaches Köln Messe/Deutz in three minutes. From there it is a seven-minute walk to the Zurich Campus in the MesseCity, ten to the LANXESS head office on Kennedyplatz and eleven to RTL Deutschland at the Rheinhallen. KPMG and Atradius are in the same quarter. Buses run to Kalk in twelve minutes from the stop outside the door, where NTT DATA Deutschland, Media Broadcast, the Malteser and the Cologne police headquarters are based.

Buchforst still works, because both suburban train lines stop within walking distance. Chempark Leverkusen, home to Bayer and Covestro, is eleven minutes on the S6 without a change, and Bergisch Gladbach station fifteen minutes on the S11. On the left bank, line 3 reaches the Rheinauhafen in 23 minutes, where Microsoft and Electronic Arts are among the tenants.

Where no train runs, the car is faster. The TÜV Rheinland headquarters in Poll is about ten minutes away, the AirportBusinessPark in Gremberghoven with Eurowings and AOK Rheinland/Hamburg about fifteen, and Miltenyi Biotec in Bensberg fifteen via the A4, Moitzfeld exit.
