In the kitchen you will find everything you need: Coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as dishes and much more. Some apartments have a dishwasher and offer a balcony with seating area to relax. In addition, the SMART TV and high-speed Wi-Fi with its own hotspot guarantees the best entertainment and productive work.

For individuals, the 1-bedroom apartments are also ideal for longer stays, as they offer a cozy and functional space suitable for both relaxing and working.

Our 2-room apartments present themselves with a spacious living room that has a comfortable seating area as well as a dining area for up to 4 people. Some even offer a furnished balcony. The bedroom, with its comfortable box-spring beds and well-equipped work area, is the perfect oasis of calm after a long day in Cologne.

To give you that extra bit of comfort during your stay, a 14-day cleaning service is already included in the rental price. In our common room we also provide washing machines for free use, so you can feel completely comfortable during your stay with us.
