Private Wi-Fi, cleaning every 14 days, laundry service and all utilities are included.

Private Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit/s: Every apartment has its own access point and its own network with its own password. The 100 Mbit/s are allocated to it, nothing is shared.
Equipment: The apartments are fully equipped and ready to move into: studio apartments have a combined living and sleeping area, while one-bedroom apartments have a separate living and dining area.
Cleaning every 14 days: Includes towel and linen service. Free washing machines are also available in the common area.
Utilities: The rent includes a flat-rate utilities charge covering heating, electricity, water and internet.

The essentials at a glance.

All questions and answers

: Shortly before your check-in you receive all the details and access codes for your arrival. On the day itself you can move into your apartment from 15:00, easily and on your own.
: You can rent our serviced apartments from one month. The maximum rental period is six months.
: A one-off final cleaning and a deposit. How much each is depends on the length of your stay, and you will see both in your offer. There are no utility costs on top: heating, electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.
: Every 14 days, including towel and linen service. Washing machines are available free of charge in the communal area.
: No. Pets are not permitted in our apartments.
