The adjacent neighborhoods also offer numerous specialty stores, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, as well as banks and doctors of all specialties.

Cologne’s vibrant city center with all its famous sights is easily and conveniently accessible thanks to optimal connections by streetcar and S-Bahn. All stops are within walking distance (max. 500 m) from the apartment house. A bus stop in the direction of Mühlheim and Kalk is located in the immediate vicinity of the house.
