THE17 Serviced Apartments is centrally located in the Cologne-Buchforst district on the right bank of the Rhine, which directly borders the Cologne districts of Mühlheim, Buchheim and Kalk. The adjacent neighborhoods also offer numerous specialty stores, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, as well as banks and doctors of all specialties.

Cologne’s vibrant city center with all its famous sights is easily and conveniently accessible thanks to optimal connections by streetcar and S-Bahn. All stops are within walking distance (max. 500 m) from the apartment house. A bus stop in the direction of Mühlheim and Kalk is located in the immediate vicinity of the house.

  • the LANXESS arena and the ICE station Deutz
  • the “Schanzenstraße” quarter and the “I/D Cologne” quarter
