How it works

From a free apartment to moving in.

Choose your dates, reserve an apartment and sign the contract online. We prepare everything else for your arrival.

The route in five steps.

From your dates to your access code: all online, clear and without detours.

  1. Choose your dates

    Enter arrival, departure and the number of guests – and you see straight away which apartments are available for your dates.

  2. The price at a glance

    See the costs for your chosen dates right away: rent and final cleaning are calculated automatically. Electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi are included. The deposit is shown separately.

  3. Book your apartment

    Found your apartment? Then you send your booking with all the details we need for the rental agreement.

    We check your details and then send you the contract, or come back to you with a question. Until then your booking is without obligation.

  4. Contract & payment

    You sign the rental agreement online. You then pay the first instalment by bank transfer or through our online payment service.

    Once the contract is signed and paid, your apartment is firmly booked. The deposit falls due separately before you arrive.

  5. Check-in

    Your personal access code and everything else you need arrive by email on the day of arrival. From 15:00 you can let yourself in – no key handover and no appointment.

    The doorbell plate and letterbox carry your name for the duration of your stay.
