THE17 offers nine fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments in Cologne - between 31 and 55 m² and for stays of one month or longer. The all-inclusive monthly price already covers Wi-Fi, utilities and cleaning every two weeks with fresh linen. Bus, tram and S-Bahn stop right outside the door or a few minutes’ walk away - you reach the main station, the city centre and the cathedral in a few minutes.

Questions before you book.
Yes. Your stay requires a deposit. You will find the exact amount in your personal offer. After you move out, the deposit is refunded under the agreed terms.
The first rent is due once the tenancy agreement is signed. You pay the deposit before you move in, and after that the rent is paid monthly. The final cleaning is charged together with the last rent. You receive all payment details with your tenancy agreement.
Your request is free and not binding. If you accept our offer, you get the tenancy agreement to sign. Once the agreement has been signed by both sides and you then pay the first rent, the rental is binding. The rental terms agreed for your stay apply.
Check-in is contactless. You receive your access code by email on the day of arrival and can check in on your own from 15:00. On the day of departure, check-out is possible until 10:00.
Yes. We issue the Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung, the landlord’s confirmation you need to register at the Bürgeramt. Best let us know before you arrive so we can have it ready for you in time.
