Service charges are included in the rent.

The 2-room apartments at THE17 are fully furnished, stylishly and functionally designed, with sizes between 44 sqm and 55 sqm. They include a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a seating and dining area, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and workstation, as well as a modern bathroom.
