The studio and one-bedroom apartments range from 31 to 55 sqm and come with a kitchen in a room of its own, comfortable box-spring beds and their own Wi-Fi network with 100 Mbit/s. The monthly all-inclusive price also covers cleaning every 14 days, with fresh bed linen and towels. Bus at the door, tram 300 metres away, S-Bahn just over 500. From there you reach the main station, the city centre and the cathedral in 6 minutes.
