Our one-room apartments combine living, sleeping and working in one generous room. The kitchen and the shower room are separate.

The two-room apartments add a bedroom of their own and with it more privacy, welcome on longer stays or when travelling as a couple.

Every apartment is fully furnished. Depending on the apartment, a balcony or a dishwasher is part of it.

Can the company book and receive the invoice?

Yes. Companies can be the contracting party and the invoice recipient, for one apartment as much as for several together. Heating, electricity, water and internet are already part of the monthly rate; a one-off final cleaning and the deposit are added. That makes the cost of the stay clear from the start. Does this work for several employees at once?

If you need several apartments we check availability together and arrange the stay to fit. Up to nine apartments sit at one address, depending on availability for your dates. For a project team that means one building, one standard and one point of contact instead of hotel rooms spread across the city. See all apartments

What if the assignment runs longer?

Stays are booked for one to six months. If the project is extended we check availability for the extension. The earlier we know, the better the chance it stays the same apartment and nobody has to move mid-assignment. How it works, from enquiry to move-in

Who is the contact during the stay?

THE17 itself. Before, during and after the stay we are personally available, with no agent in between. For registering or re-registering in Cologne we issue a landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) on request.

And if a relocation agency organises the stay?

Then the enquiry comes through the agency and we agree availability and terms with them directly. Relocation companies, corporate housing agencies and international accommodation providers have a page of their own with what matters for placing a guest. Information for relocation agencies
