What do we need for an enquiry?

To check, the dates, the number of people and what the apartment needs to offer are enough. The guest’s name and company can follow later. We check availability and then send you suitable apartments with the terms for each.

What can you promise your client?

A fully furnished apartment with a private kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, bed linen and towels. Cleaning happens every 14 days, including a linen change. The washing machines in the building are free to use. Heating, electricity, water and internet are already part of the monthly price. Whatever a given apartment adds to that is shown with the apartment itself.

Does this work for several people at once?

Yes, as long as enough apartments are free for those dates. All nine apartments are in the same building in Cologne-Buchforst and offer one or two rooms for up to 2 guests each. For project teams that means one address, one consistent standard and one central contact. On request, the company can be the contracting party and receive a single invoice. See all apartments

What happens if the project runs longer?

Our apartments can be booked for one to six months. If the project runs longer, we check an extension against availability. The earlier we know, the better the chances that the same apartment can be kept.
