How quickly can I move in?

As soon as the apartment you want is available, you can book online. After that you sign the tenancy agreement and transfer the deposit and the first month of rent. Once everything is settled you receive your check-in details, and then all that is missing is your suitcase.

How do registration and the contract work?

You live here on a regular tenancy agreement. For registering or re-registering at the Bürgeramt we issue the landlord’s confirmation of residence, the Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung, on request.
