What happens when you enquire here.

You choose your dates at the top. Right after that you see which of our nine apartments are available, what they cost and how the rent is spread across your stay. Then you add the details we need for your tenancy agreement. Your booking request commits you to nothing. The tenancy agreement only becomes binding once you sign it and pay the first month’s rent.

What happens after you send it?

You receive a reference number and an email asking you to confirm your details. We then check your booking request and send you the tenancy agreement with exactly the payment schedule you have already seen. Your apartment is reserved as soon as we have the signed agreement and the first payment. Until then there are no costs for you, and you can call the booking off at any time. What is included in the rent?

Heating, electricity, water and fast internet are already part of your rent. We also clean your apartment every 14 days and provide fresh bed linen and towels. The washing machines in the communal area cost nothing extra either. Anything beyond that appears in the calculation before you send your booking request. How long can you stay?

You can book our apartments for 1 to 6 months. Your tenancy agreement is for a fixed term, which is why we ask briefly what brings you here; one sentence is enough. If you would like to stay longer than planned, we are happy to check whether an extension is possible. On the day you arrive the apartment is yours from 15:00, and on the day you leave until 10:00.

And if your dates are already taken?

We then show you which apartments are still available with a slightly earlier or later arrival, and when your preferred apartment is free again. If none of that works for you, get in touch anyway. Sometimes we already know about move-outs that are not in the calendar yet. Write to us if you have questions or your dates are not fixed yet
