Our 2-bedroom serviced flats are rented fully furnished and include comprehensive facilities, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and/or bathtub and a high-quality furnished living room and bedroom with its own work area.

If you would like to move to Cologne for professional reasons or for a project for a certain period of time, our 2-room flats are the ideal choice. We rent our apartments exclusively for limited periods of time.

Therefore, it is important for us that our tenants only temporarily move their center of life to the rented apartment.

We check the reason of stay of our tenants and note it in the rental contract.

Wir berechnen unseren Mietern eine monatliche Pauschalmiete für unsere möblierten Wohnungen. Diese Miete beinhaltet bereits eine Nebenkostenpauschale (Fair Usage), die verschiedene Kosten abdeckt, darunter Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet.

Ja, die Kaution beträgt für die 1-Zimmer-Apartments 1000 EUR und für die 2-Zimmer-Apartments 1500 EUR.

Ja, wir stellen auf Anfrage eine Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung aus, die bei der Anmeldung oder Ummeldung des Wohnsitzes beim zuständigen Einwohnermeldeamt vorgelegt werden kann.

In der Regel können unsere Apartments max. 6 Monate angemietet werden.

Die 1. Monatsmiete muss vor Anreise, danach monatlich bezahlt werden.

Leider sind Haustiere in unseren Apartments nicht gestattet.

Das Besichtigen eines Apartments ist leider nicht möglich.

Das Rauchen im Apartment und im Gebäude ist verboten.

Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Waldecker Straße und in den Seitenstraßen der Umgebung. Mittwochs und samstags muss man allerdings die Parkzonen auf der Waldecker Straße beachten, da dann ein Wochenmarkt stattfindet.

Ja, je nach Verfügbarkeit kann ein Stellplatz für 150 € pro Monat angemietet werden.
